-$700 per week + $100 Security Deposit (Refundable if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required)
-6 People Max (This includes children-no exceptions!)
-Renters must bring their own linens (two bunk beds, 1 double bed, two futons)
$400 Down Payment upon booking and $400 balance owed 2 weeks before vacation date
